I have the Sears Appliance Warranty here in Norman, Oklahoma. I have used them several times for repairs on my appliances. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Troy who came to repair my refrigerator. Troy quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the part with him, and installed the part . The refrigerator immediately began working again. Troy gave me instructions on how long before I could return food to my unit, and how I could be sure my unit was working properly after the time was up he had advised me to wait. Troy cleaned up, and replaced all the panels, front and rear, and left my house. Troy was a professional, with a great attitude, and it was a pleasure to have in our house.
