Victor was fine. The issue I have in my situation is that LG sent you a letter or email stating that they approved Home Warranty of America to allow your office to order the arts needed to repair my refrigerator. Victor has been here twice. The answer is so simple. We just need you to order the parts. LG already approved the compressor. However the refrigerator is still not repaired.Troy was supposed to come out and repair my refrigerator today. He called and said he had zero notes on my case. He was going to call me back once he found out why. He never returned my call or came out. I.would give him zero stars for today. Brad George

Most courteous and knowledgeable tech I have had in from the three that have been here to attempt to install the invalid parts! With the correct parts,he performed with excellent acuity to repair unit and explain the procedures to return the unused parts ! Can I request his return if any further repairs are needed on our refrigerator??
