Aaron, kept us updated on his arrival. He asked what was the issue with the Kenmore Elite refrigerator. He was able to troubleshoot the issue to the compressor and provided us with cost to replace it.

He told me what would need to be done to fix the dishwasher. It’s going to cost over $400. A few hundred more I can get a new dishwasher. Really really made it worth my while. Technician was excellent!
