Came out yesterday to repair our dishwasher that night. It was making a noise we called and they said if they came out and it was a different issue they charged us another diagnostic charge. The first charge was $300 and all he said was that the overflow had filled up now it’s making a noise and they want to charge us more money if you value your money don’t use Sears. They’ll rip you off.

My unit has been down over a month. I have lowes warranty and 1st guy never came, 2nd guy ordered parts, 3rd guy was actually 1st guy and said he switched parts but could not assemble alone and would come back following morning, then got put off again......

Terrible service. They don’t take AMEX and didn’t say so until after the repair and ready for payment. They took the part back out before trying to find a resolution. Wouldn’t recommend using them.

The technician was orgamented and did not hook back Up the dryer. My husband had to do it. This technician was very lazy and did not want to do his job.
