The repair man showed up and acted like he couldn’t fix our hood vent because he couldn’t find the model number. When we called the mfg & got it he finally decided to get under there and look at it and said that some of the wires were loose and disconnected. Once he fixed the wires it worked better but one of the lights still wouldn’t come on and he claimed that he couldn’t find the parts on the application he was using to fix it completely. We then found out that he lied to our warranty company and said that he didn’t have to fix anything.

Do not call this location, probably any location for that matter. It’s an 855 number meaning it’s a voip (voice over IP). Goes to an automated service asking personal questions for a “promotion”. If you press 0 like normal for any operator it goes to a live person how continues to ask personal questions for their “promotion”. I’m probably going to have my cell phone number on a calling list now, thanks for nothing!

This was a scam. The worst unprofessional I have ever worked with. I will never use sears again and I will let everyone know this. I’m so unhappy I can’t believe how this worked out. I don’t remember the last time I was treated like this. The stove is not fixed and I am paying the same amount as I was told it would cost to fix it. The service guy had no parts with him like I was told he would. He did know what he was doing and left with the oven worse than it was when he hit there and I was ripped off

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Technician came out to look at our refrigerator and told me that the fan had to be replaced and would cost around $80 for the part and another $300 for labor. Turns out the fan was just a little frozen, so I just took the ice off and it was fine! And then I asked for a refund, called them about 10 times for the past 6 months and they are just giving me the run around. They're quick to take your money, but when you want a refund, it's a different story! ***UPDATE*** It’s been over a year since I’ve requested the refund. I still have not heard a single word from the company. At this point it is theft. I will now have to take legal action and file a police report.

The tech did not fix the problem. Went to do a load of laundry after he supposed to have fixed it and my washer is doing the same thing. Now I have to wait another week before another repair technician will come out to fixed it. Not happy at all.

The tech that came by, literally cost me a whole day of work as I had to reschedule for another technician to come out because he couldn’t see a sticker that was clearly inside the freezer. He said he couldn't do the job because he couldn't find the serial number which was clearly right inside of the freezer. after being here, for all of less than 10 minutes, he left, and I thought to myself this can't be right. So I opened up the freezer looked inside and there it was. So because of that, I had to take another day off of work. Then the next tech lied and said he showed up. I never received a text, phone call, Email, knock on the door or ring of the doorbell. I double check my front door ring camera and the only person in it was the mailman. I would advise anyone never use Sears, EVER.
