Harold was incredible. Not going to lie - the first tech that came out left me less than optimistic on how the repair would go but I was wrong once Harold showed up. He was running late ( not his fault, big wreck on the highway) and was still so pleasant and apologetic. He took the time to double check what was wrong - explained everything - did the repair - ran several tests to make sure it was all ok - nothing but pleasant and professional. If I need another repair I WANT HAROLD!

Michael wasn't able to do the repairs because of no model number and serial number for the dryer. He did offer some insight on what could be the problem. Very friendly and understanding.
