Technician came early. Explained situation with air conditioner. Paid him deductible he diagnosed and repaired unit. Professional attitude polite. Would recommend to anyone looking for repair on warranty covered items.

The Sears Technician did a great job in resolving the leak happening with our A/C unit in the attic upstairs. He showed us picks and explained the work that he performed.

The only reason ai am giving a 5 is because Dennis (technician) was very courteous and professional. The company itself is a one star only because of communication. They tell you someone has to be there from 8 to 5. Then they txt you with a two hour window and it changed 4 times. The only way you know is to keep checking your email. You can’t talk to a live person just AI or a bot. It was the most frustrating ordeal and I had to sit in a house with no AC from 8am to 7:30p.
