Well he was nice and very informative. But Sears you really need to lower your SERVICE CHARGE AND REPAIR BILL GOOGLED THE PART IT WAS $39 put in the series # it was $91 So your repair bill was four times that amount WOW!! On Budget and have Cancer can't afford it now 🙃
