Technician did not show up or call for 2 appointments after I waited at home all day both days. I spoke with one of the technicians who said he could not help me and would not give me a number to reach a supervisor. This type of service is unacceptable. The dryer is still not fixed. After numerous calls Lowes is now replacing the dryer.

Scam phone number don't even bother.

I told you guys that the board was bad in my washer and sent the model number to the washer. But you didn’t tell the technician. All you told him was that it wouldn’t drain. So he wasn’t able to prepare for the repair. I also asked what the charges were going to be to do the repair! Only to find out that that model board was no longer produced! This failure was whomever took the order for repair and charged me for him to show up. I feel ripped off!
