I had a confirmed apt on 3-18-26 thru your no good AI. I drive 150 miles to make the appointment to install the part they had sent to my address. I waited all day and no one showed up. I installed the part myself in 15 minutes. washer works good now. I had to drive the 150 miles back home after I installed the part with no service man. I then got a notice from your AI that my appt will be on 3-30-26. service man called me 30 minutes away and I told him all of the above. You need to fix the problem with your AI. It sucks. Service man was very helpful on the phone today

We found water standing in floor tray under washing machine on Thusday AM. Submitted on line service call to Sears at 7AM. Jerry arrived at 11AM., diagnosed problem, ordered parts by noon Thursday. Scheduled repair for Thursday( we could not do repairs earlier) the next week. Saturday parts arrived, sears set message asking if we wanted to do repairs on Monday. Our schedule had changed and Monday was now open. 10:30AM Monday repairs complete and washing clothes. The best service I have received from any repairman for years. I ca't do my own repairs now so I am sold on sears service.
