Keith was very polite and knowledgeable. However, speaking with the people at Sears to schedule appointment for repair was a total nightmare! People that answer can barely speak English and they don’t care what your problems are. It has been very frustrating trying to get them to understand anything. They just DO NOT care. But they are very happy to take your money. I’m telling everyone about what a bad experience I’ve had and suggest that no one ever buys a protection plan from Sears EVER!! It has been a horrible experience.

Keith was very knowledgeable of what was going on with my Ice maker. He cleans up his repair area .He makes sure he puts everything back together and he's very friendly. Very thoughtful, gets right to what he's doing and he calls ahead of time to let you know what time he'll be there. I was very grateful for that and I want to say Keith is one of the best techs I've had for a service call. Thank you!
