My washer has been having a draining issue. John was sent out. John is so knowledgeable and really explains to you in a manner that you can understand. He is fast, leaves no mess, and truly cares about the customer. Thank you John for taking the time to help me.

I knew it was the right person from the piclure that was in the text y'all send He call my name & introduced himself &said what he was they for.He seem know what he was doing $informed me that since the part weren't available for my refrigerator. That would probably replace it& that they would reach out in few days.

Austin was very professional and explained everything to us. Unfortunately, the error code we were receiving is for the clutch on our LG Top Load Washer and very expensive to replace. We decided it would be best to purchase a new washer vs repair. We have used Sear Appliance Repair services in the past and appreciate their honestly.
