Austin was very professional and explained everything to us. Unfortunately, the error code we were receiving is for the clutch on our LG Top Load Washer and very expensive to replace. We decided it would be best to purchase a new washer vs repair. We have used Sear Appliance Repair services in the past and appreciate their honestly.

Mitch did a service maintenance on 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. He always calls before he comes and is always on time. Mitch is very knowledgeable and kind, he has maintenance and repaired our washers and dryers for several years.
