So glad the tech called before arriving. We discussed the issues and agreed on my purchasing a new cord( just in case). Although he was unable to repair he explored all the issues and made the fair assessment. I would use them again. I was unable to speak to a person prior to the day of appt. but received txt notifications. He was both courteous and knowledgeble by informing me what my future options would be.
