Sears service tech Austin did not fix my refrigerator…he is the 5th different guy to come Out and he didn’t even care about fixing my frig. He was in and out in 20 mins..just long enough to unclog the lines and didn’t even try to see why the lines keep clogging up. I will never recommend Sears for any repairs

I scheduled a technician to come out and look at our oven between 8 AM to 12 PM. I got text confirmations that the tech would be by between those hours. An hour later I received another text stating my service time would be between 1 PM to 5 PM. When I called to get my original timeframe back, they stated there was nothing they could do and I’d have to stay with the 1 PM to 5 PM time slot. When asked to speak to a manager or somebody that could help they just kept transferring me to about five different people and nobody could give me a straight answer. I’ll never offer them my business again. It’s not worth the headache.

Technician left before making sure the problem was solved. Washing machine still isn’t working right.

Technician had to get to another appointment so was unable to stay while the washer ran to see if the issue was resolved. It is not resolved so we are stuck waiting on another technician appointment and cannot even get that scheduled because current appointment is not updated in their system. Frustrating!

While the technician was pleasant the overall experience was dreadful. There is NOT a phone number to contact a live customer service rep., no approximate appointment times other than 8 - 5 are communicated, and tech could not explain why cost for labor estimate/charge was so high. WOULD NOT recommend using this service company.
