Super expensive for repairs. We were suspecting it was the roller wheels but the guy assured us it wasn’t, rather the roller belt. They tried to upgrade to the warranty plan that would be $150 cheaper that day and $50 a month after 30 days. After discussing we decided not to since we have had this warranty plan before and you end up paying all the money in but never getting the exact appliance only a base model that doesn’t match anything. So $400 later, a huge mess left behind and the dryer sounded horrific after the repair. Huge rackets when in use. We called Sears Home Repairs (A&E) immediately afterwards and they set up a return for the repair and assured us it would not cost us anything. Well, it was “one roller” that was gouged out as a result of the recent repairs that left it off track afterwards putting the unit together. So they would not take responsibility for the damages they caused & charged us an additional $125 for a part we looked up online that was $43! This is because we didn’t sign up for the warranty plan and this was how they got more money out of us! Please do not utilize this company. Use the local repair shop.
