Surprisingly I was able to get a next day appointment for the repair. David was on time, called before he showed up. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and another surprise; the charge was reasonable. Thank you Sears (and David) for the great service.

Tim was very efficient in locating the loss of power to our range. He is very professional and engages the client with the best alternative to the issue. Would highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair and would request Tim again if possible

Great guy, he fixed the problem (gas valve) but only rated 4 because the dryer front panel was not connected back correctly. It was flapping while drying. I had to figure out how to fix myself since I couldn't get a human at the Sears number. Very frustrating. Also, he was only there for 20 minutes for a simple fix. I paid $300 labor charge for 20 minutes. That's just highway robbery.

What can I say. Dennis placed the new parts and left. I did not think to check after him because we had a community garage sale. I was busy and open to get rid of all the stuff that I enherited from my close family. First, I wonder why he did not plug the dryer; it worked. 🤔 I was thinking to push the dryer back in the spot but, no luck. Dennis did not undo the back stainless drain. It was rolled 3 times instead of one big circle. The drain is hard and pushing back will break the valve in the wall. I waited for my husband. He tried to unscrew the drain and fix it. No luck, water was running behind the washer and dryer. He turned off the water supply and call the plumber. Was Friday evening, we did not get anyone to come on Saturday. Monday the Wyatt Works CO suppose to come after 2pm, they canceled on us 😤. They got late with another job and do not work after 3:30 pm. My husband had to take the afternoon off from work. C LEE called us offered him to come, but he was waiting for the Wyatt Works. Now, we have to wait until tomorrow. He could not take off today too. 🙄 Was nice if Dennis would say something, ask me to help him. I could get behind the dryer and help him undo the drain...

The work I had was totally over priced. I originally gave 5 stars mostly for Todd the tech. He was very good. He came out twice, the first to diagnose the problem. That was just under forty minutes. I was told it was the coil valves and they would by 79.99 for the parts. I had to make a decision right then or I would still have to pay the $129. for the service call. The repair would be $322. plus the $80. for parts for a total of $402. I felt I had no choice so I went with the repair which you have to pay up front. The repair took just ten minutes two days later. I looked on line for the cost of the $80. parts and they are $6.99 directly from Whirlpool. So that was my experience. Would I use the service again? Probably not.
