Joseph is very knowledgeable and found my problem quickly after completing his diagnostics. Although he delivered bad news to me (I need a new fridge) he kept it very professional with explaining my options. We need more people like him especially when delivering a service.

Todd was great. Other guy was great. The initial set-up of the appointment, navigating an AI interface over the phone led to some non-user error mistakes, but it was resolved well. Possibly sliiiightly expensive, but service was excellent and they fixed it quickly .

Frank is awesome, very knowledgeable and didn't take long to diagnose the issue and repair on e the part was delivered. And heard him providing excellent information to the trainee on the initial visit. Frank can do all my future repairs.
