Tim had to replace a few different parts. He accomplished each task thoroughly. The door dose not leak. Thank you for working on our washer it was a complicated job that needed attention from someone knowledgeable in this type of repair.

Tim the Technician is always great and explains the repair. The automated system needs to provide options to chat or speak with a human when messages do not make sense.

My technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The one point of contention was the fact hat you can never get a live human being. My 1st appointment was canceled, not by me, and then rescheduled, which meant I had to call off work twice.
