Great service visit - very satisfied. My technician Tim took time to carefully look at the issues with the appliance and then explained what needed to be serviced. The work was done quickly and my dryer is now back in operation. Thanks to Tim and Sears Appliance Repair for providing excellent service.

Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and completed the repair in good time!! He was friendly as well. I would recommend him for my service again. Once Tim diagnosed the problem with my washer, the estimated cost of repair was higher than a new washer — which I was kind of expecting. I appreciated Tim’s knowledge and professionalism, especially his ability to explain to me the various workings of the washer. Nice guy, too. Would recommend!
