Eric is perhaps one of the most professional service people we have ever had the privilege of dealing with. He quickly figured out our problem, had the part, helped us with our extended warranty coverage, and was done in a blink of an eye. WOW. I hope if we ever have another issue, Eric will once again be our repair person.
