Dwight is an excellent repairs person. He was very courteous, knowledgeable & timely. He cleaned up after himself and repaired my Maytag gas dryer. Good to see that there are still good hard working repair person out there. Sears should do whatever it takes to keep Dwight.

Our technician Tim was fantastic. His 36 years of experience really showed today. He listened to the issue's, quickly diagnosed the issue, wasted no time on a plan to repair, had the part in his truck, disassembled, prepped and reinstalled the new part. Did not have to call another technician. He knew exactly what needed to be done, had all of the tools, parts and knowledge. Bravo Tim and thank you for a job well done!!!
