Gerald was very professional. Previous technician ordered the wrong part that was sent to house. Not Gerald fault. He had to re-diagnose the correct problem. Once he gave us the price of the correct part, it was beyond what we expected. It was frustrating that the previous technician had little knowledge to diagnose the correct problem during the first appointment. We were advised that it would take another week or two to repair the dishwasher. We chose to do nothing as we were frustrated with the previous service call which was done by Vincent. Not being able to diagnose the correct problem the first go around is totally unacceptable. It left me with a feeling of a fly by night operation. Vincent also tried to upsell me a replacement motherboard to which I knew was working just fine. The overall issue was that the motherboard was not communicating to the control panel. I found the overall experience with this company to be lacking in customer care. I am currently waiting on a refund.
