Frank was superior.....He really knew what he was doing. In addition, he did not hurry and over look any item. He was very thorough. I'm so glad that we got him, anyone else couldn't compare. A+ rating.

Diagnosed the problem, $99 plus tax. Offered extended warranty but declined. Offered to repair but too costly ($400 plus). I would have had them repair it if they had applied the $99 against the repair cost but they try to nickel and dime for everything they can. The service guy was great, honest, forthright.
