David came well within the time window. He was knowledgeable about the washer and dryer. He did the work perfectly, expertly, and efficiently. He was courteous and answered all my questions.

Alan is an expert at what he does! His customer service is top notch. But I am sorry to say that the customer service of your company is the worst I have dealt with in 50 years. It took one month to get all of my parts delivered. A box was delivered that stated it was 2 tractor tires . Upon opening it there was a refrigerator drawer inside! It took 14 days of having an A.I operator hang up saying goodby and NEVER reaching a LIVE person! Will NEVER use your services again! You should be glad you have Alan and George on your team!

Tim did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable. Very polite and personable. Extremely efficient and completed the job quickly. Nothing about the Sears Home Services as a company was efficient. Made us wait around for our last appointment from 8a-5p. No call, no show from technician. Then waited another week and a half for a rescheduled appointment. Made us wait from 8a-5p for technician. Tim finally was able to get here by 5:05p. Tim called me upon completion of his last appointment and advised me that he was on his way and told me what time to expect him. Great job by this technician. Without him, you'd be getting 1 star.

Although a repair was not possible, George was wonderful, and went to extreme lengths to attempt the repair. I was extremely satisfied with his efforts, and will not hesitate to call Sears for repair work in the future.
