Technician was very professional and courteous. He explained what was done to repair our freezer. When asked about the freezer repair warranty expiring in July, he advised us to call Sears if we wanted to renew it to see the charge and time available. Excellent exployee to represent Sears.

Bryan is a loyal employee, he is courteous, on time when he scheduled my appointments & started immediately to diagnose the problem with my washer. He ordered the parts needed then scheduled the next appointment to repair it. He again was on time for this appointment. I didn't hesitate to have a friend let him into my house to repair the washer when I was gone. You need more employees like Bryan. Kind & trustworthy.
