Bryan is very knowledgeable and thorough. He's the best repair tech I've ever met, and I've met quite a few. He is only limited by the inefficient system employed by Sears Appliance Repair.

Paul came four times to fix our ice maker on our 5 yr fridge. We kept getting the wrong size part from where it was ordered so basically it was getting the right part. We felt if we could of talked to a person instead of dealing with AI he wouldn't of had to make that many trips to our house. Hopefully this is his last trip & last part which is working now on second day of being fixed. He did a great job sticking with our problem ice maker.

Excelent. Marcus was knowledgeable and professional and fast and accurate. Motor had to be ordered but he was able to get the old one to perhaps work a few more days until the new part arrived and was installed. And it did and he saved Easter 2026 for me with a houseful of company.

Bryan was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem in one trip. I couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided on my dryer. Your AI system though, is extremely limited, so much so that I nearly cancelled. So glad I didn't!
