Neil was pleasant and was able to fix our washing machine with the part received. Our complaint is that it took too long and the communication between Sears Home Protection and us is not clear. We were in limbo for most of the time with no updates. If it wasn't for my persistent phone calls, I still would not have my machine fixed. But Neil made up for all the wait because he did get the washing machine fixed.
