Mark was personable, professional, and efficient. He was thorough in making sure he covered everything to ensure a full repair. Also, when his schedule for the day was interrupted, he worked until after dark to get to me rather than push me off to another day, which is GREATLY appreciated.

Drew repaired several issues with the washer in a timely, effective manner. We did a test run and he was satisfied everything was in order. I am not happy with Samsung scheduling as this was the 3rd appointment with Samsung canceling 2! Kudos to the mailing of the parts

It is quite frustrating to not have a phone number to call for Sears. Several times it was questionable as to whether or not the appointment was still good. Got emails after the time…you need to provide a repair phone number with someone who speaks English understandably. Ron, repairman, was great.
