Service with Ron great. Scheduling should change. Its not fair to say between 8 and 5 for service. A good part of the day is wasted waiting for the repair to be made.

Awesome service
Tech was the best service person I have ever experienced and had in my home. Alerted us when he was on his way, explained everything in detail, ordered the parts and scheduled the next appointment to install the parts. I hope in the future if I ever need service again that he will be the tech they send.

Marcus apprised me of everything he was going to do and kept me informed. He did the work quickly. My only complaint is with Sear Home Service's emails. After my service, I had multiple emails in my inbox. All I wanted was the receipt and list of services performed.
