Great worker
After all the trouble getting someone out to fix my tracter, I am so glad they sent Ron. Such a nice person. He explain what was wrong, what needed to be fixed ,and ordered the parts right then, along with a appointment to come back and fix it. And he came back and fixed the tractor just as he said he would. This is one employee I wouldn't ever let go!!!

I always dread having a repairman come to my home. Sometimes they're salesmen - and you never know whether you can trust them. Often they're "know-it-alls" who think it's their job to lecture you on what you need to do better. (For the record: I don't think that's their job, but even if it is, I would appreciate being spoken to as an adult.) Paul was actually good. He was certainly honest, he did the repair, and his advice was sound - or so I believe. I would have appreciated a slightly different tone, however, with his advice. Instead of saying (in a bit of an animated tone) "You have to get a plumber . . .", maybe a calmer statement like: "I would recommend that you get a plumber . . ." might have made the subsequent conversation a little easier to deal with. All-in-all, I'm satisfied with the job, but I think there's room for improvement.

His service is very good. Scheduling of service is horrid and specific communication to your company for accuracy on repairs needed for parts replacement is dysfunctional! Unsatisfied customer!

We are not too happy with your service. WE WOULD NOT RECOMEND YOUR SERVICE CONTRACT TO ANYONE. We were without a refrigerator for two months. Bradley did a good job but he didn't want be here and complained about driving so far to do the work. How do we get reimbursed for the product we lost and all the meals we had to eat out?
