Nick fixed the problem in only 15 min. Have been waiting on other repair person to get part. No communication from previous repair. This experience was fantastic as Nick knew right where to look to solve the problem. Great job!!

Very nice Sears employee. Unfortunately Sears didn’t have the part but at least he was very nice. So I give the employee 5 stars. Sears charged me $135 -just to tell me they couldn’t fix it. Personally I think it should be 1/2 that amount since they couldn’t do anything. I give the charges 2.5 stars.

Once the correct technicians arrived at my house after 5 tries, they did a great job completing the repair. The scheduling issues I encountered was solely because of the AI /bot scheduling system.

The technician was great. He was fast and very professional. The Sears scheduling system is terrible. I knew what the problem was and sent them photos of the torn seal on the washer door. They ignored them and wasted a visit to diagnose the issue. Then they ordered the part. Then they canceled the first appointment to fix it. It took over a month when it should have just taken a few days.

Trevon guessed ot might be control pamel since it was in spin cycle and stuck there? He did not test anything and did not bring anything to fix it. I was disappointed because he said he guessed that was wrong with it. But not for sure. Waste of my money

I was scheduled from 8am-3pm today for a dryer repair. No one showed up but I got a notification my service was complete at 2:38pm which is not true. I did not receive a response phone call notifying me that the service may not happen. I called to see if I could get a status or explanation and I can’t even speak to anyone. It is all AI generated and the fake person doesn’t understand or direct in the way need. To top of everything this is the third time a person is coming it because our issue was misdiagnosed the first time. Beyond aggravated!

Technician arrived an hour outside of the 9 hour expected arrival time. Took about an hour to do diagnostic, which is whatever, just to tell me repair would be about the price of the fridge.
