The technician was great. He was fast and very professional. The Sears scheduling system is terrible. I knew what the problem was and sent them photos of the torn seal on the washer door. They ignored them and wasted a visit to diagnose the issue. Then they ordered the part. Then they canceled the first appointment to fix it. It took over a month when it should have just taken a few days.

Terrible customer experience. Scheduled an appointment six days in advance so I could accommodate my work schedule since they only offer 8am-5pm windows. Waited all day on the day of service and got a text from their AI assistant at 4:50pm that they were not going to make it and I needed to schedule a day the following week. Terrible experience and no accountability when AI is your customer service representative.

Have appointment to complete electric clothes dryer repair. Date has been changed to 10/22/24 and now to 10/27/24. Parts ordered by technician arrived more than a week ago. Why does my repair date keep changing?

Your technician was great. He called before he showed up. He also told Choice Home Warranty for me that Sears is not licensed to do geothermal furnace work in Ohio. Your services, however, were horrible. Why did you even accept this job. You knew you are not licensed to work on my geothermal furnace. 10 days I've waited now and I'll wait longer because of your foul up.

Was charged 301.00 for a refrigerator repair for 31 minutes work. No parts. Had to call the ohio attorney General to get a refund.
