Somehow the latch on my 10-yr-old Samsung dishwasher broke. Called Sears for repair and got an appointment the next day. Fast! Problem was diagnosed and part was ordered. A few days later, Frank came to install the new part. Frank was on time, polite, and it was clear that he was quite knowledgeable about doing this repair. Frank was great! This was not a cheap repair -- even for a seemingly small fix, like a broken latch -- but Frank's expertise, the speed of getting the part delivered, and speed of getting the appointments all made it worthwhile. I recommend.
