The Sears service technician arrived on-time, provided shoe covering (it was raining!) greeted appropriately and immediately began reviewing my appliance issues. He quickly analyzed the issues and offered options for remedying the problem. He also performed a dryer maintenance service and quickly cleaned the areas of our dryer that were seriously in need of attention. I think his work possibly prevented a dryer fire in my home!
