I was at work, but my dad was pleased. with the efficiency and professionalism of James. I appreciate him informing me with text messages as to when he would arrive. A few weeks later our stove stopped working. The man who came out the first time had to order a part for the ignition unit and told us to call when it arrived so it xan be put in. It took a few days for an appointment to be made and confirmed, but Vince came in and saved the day. Vince was friendly, quick and efficient. He knew just what to do. He asked if I or my father had any concerns, and offered the Sears home warranty,

Our refrigerator/freezer went out last weekend. I was able to get an appointment for Monday (good customer service on the phone). Jeffrey came out on Monday , diagnosed and set the appointment for today. He was courteous and professional at all times. For neither appointment did I receive a call the night before, and today I did not receive a text either. I called Jeffrey to confirm time since I was completely unable to get through the AI on the phone or website for Sears Home Services. Jeffrey was exemplary. The communication about the appointments was not.

If I choose to have the unit repaired, the labor cost is about 40% of the total repair cost, which is a bit steep.

Repair person was a little rude and basically said that he would not talk because it interfered with his job which I understood. He reprimanded me for not having a new filter here and I explained to him that it was on its way. I ordered it through Amazon and when he left, I didn’t know he was gone no goodbye. I’m done nothing. I’m not sure if my refrigerator is working properly yet time will tell he told me I was making him late for his next job

What you can do better *Make it simpler to reach a real person to talk to regarding scheduling. *Know when customers parts arrive so you can adhere to the original schedule. *If the parts come earlier than expected please reschedule a sooner repair.
