He didn’t even look at the refrigerator just asked what was wrong and said it couldn’t be a leak since it was still keeping cool despite the chemical smell and taste we’ve been experiencing for a month at least. Clean it and get baking soda is what I paid $140.00 dollars for. The two stars is because he was on time and pleasant.

Our technician, Vince was fabulous. We had the chance to see him again and again and again after the 1st diagnostic visit. The next visit the part had not been delivered. The next 2 visits the WRONG part was delivered. By the 5th and final visit the correct part was delivered and installed. Vince's rating is a 5+ while Sears not so much.

I was not home, but my 20 yo daughter was . The tech said “everything is working perfectly, just use the high spin” I literally use the highest spin with every cycle, which is why when it doesn’t spin out, there is a definite problem. He also put soap in the dispenser, which I literally said the “SMART dispenser” needs to be fixed because it is not dispensing soap! Ugh! I’m so frustrated!

RUN AWAY FAST DO NOT GET INTO A PROTECTION AGREEMENT WITH SEARS. THEY WILL PUT YOU AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PRIORITY LIST!! I PAID OVER $600 for a years worth of protection on my appliances. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE. THEY PRIORITIZE THE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE SPENDING MONEY WHO DONT HAVE THE PROTECTION AGREEMENTS ALREADY. BASICALLY PUTTING THE CUSTOMERS WHO DO HAVE THEM LAST ON THE LIST. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT BACK IN JULY TO GET MY FRIDGE REPAIRED SOMETHING VERY MINOR AND SIMPLE IT TAKES THE TECHNICIAN LITERALLY 10 MINUTES TOPS TO CHANGE THE PART. BUT IT TOOK SEARS 3 MONTHS AND 9 CANCELATIONS TO FINALLY MAKE IT TO MY HOME. MIND YOU IM CALLING OFF OF WORK HAVING TO SIT AND WAIT FOR THEM ALL DAY LONG BECAUSE THEY TELL YOU BETWEEN 8AM-5PM WHICH TIES UP IM ENTIRE OFF DAY NOW IMAGINE GOING THROUGH THIS FOR 3 MONTHS AFTER PAYING WELL OVER $600 TO BE COVERED SEARS IS LOW ON TECHNICIANS AND THEY'RE OVER WORKING THEM AND STRECHING THEM THIN THEY COVER TOO BROAD OF AN AREA. ONCE MY SERVICE AGREEMENT IS UP WITH THEM IM NOT SIGNING UP AGAIN. AFTER ALMOST 14 YEARS ITS TIME TO MOVE ALONG GOOD BYE SEARS GOOD RIDDANCE!!! I PUT IN A REPORT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL WHO INFORMED ME SEARS HAS WELL OVER 6,000 COMPLAINTS IN THE LAST FEW YEARS. SEARS IS OVER WITH GO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO COVER YOUR APPLIANCES PLEASE DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELVES SAVE TIME AND WORRY AND HASSLE.

Do not ever use a A&E factory service, which is run by Sears. I scheduled an appointment four days ago. The technician never showed up. I received confirmation all along that the technician would show up. It was impossible for me to call and speak with a live agent.After the window kept on getting pushed back later and later, I could only speak to a AI robot. I was unable to speak to a live agent. I have no idea why an appointment was set up for me when the technician decided not to come. I took an entire vacation day for this. Do not use the service. I do not recommend it. You will not be able to speak to a human being. Do not use, do not use, do not use. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The technician came to the house, didn’t check everything was in working order and the next day the kitchen floor flooded due to something not being done correctly. Rescheduled appointment but never showed and canceled and now rescheduled. Pay a lot of money for a service plan but get terrible service. Not acceptable. Lets’s hope they show up the rescheduled date!

My family and I had an appointment regarding our washing machine from 8 am until 12 pm and their employee came by at 1:30 pm. They were extreamly rude to my mother and talked down to her like she was some kind of piece of garbage. This employee then proceeded to say they could not repair our washing machine and was also upset we did not have the owner's manual on hand because they did not know how to fix it. That fixing the washing machine would cost his company too much money. This employee then proceeded to tell us to buy a new washing machine and stormed out. This is unacceptable and we will be going with some one else.

This is the third or fourth service call for the same problem on my refrigerator.The problem has not been fixed, but the technicians won’t just write unfixable. I’m tired of dealing with this plus communication with this warranty customer service is really bad !!!
