I had a very poor experience with sears repair. My original appointment which had been scheduled the day before, was canceled after waiting around at home most of the entire window for the person. When the individual did show up the following day they were visibly upset and would not give me any time to confirm with my landlord whether it was okay to order the parts needed for the repair. I wound up having to pay for someone to show up and be unkind, and my dryer is still not on a path to being fixed.

I’m disappointed. The technician came to fix the freezer section of my refrigerator/freezer. I decided not to go ahead with the repair due to the high cost, but before he left the refrigerator stopped working entirely.

I have not had my problem resolved after three attempts. The replacement door that was sent arrived damaged. Both Sears and Choice Home Warranty refuse to take responsibility for replacing the dented door. I attached a picture of the dent to show its size and location. This repair has been ongoing for over eight months. No matter who I contact for assistance, I am met with finger-pointing and a lack of accountability. All I want is for someone to replace the damaged door. I'm very disappointed, but no one appears to care.
