I was more than pleased with the service that I received from from Sears Home Service from the time I called them for serice on my front load washer to the time that Kurtis, my service man, left. I received service the same day that I called and Kurtis was able to repair it in the same appointment. Cost was very reasonable. Service was excellent. I am a very happy customer.

My wife and I were 100% impressed with the technician who diagnosed the cause of our refrigerator malfunction. He was very knowledgeable and skilled. Friendly and accomadating. Great representative of the Sears Home Appliance Repair Brand. Eddie is an excellent technician. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated the. Text telling us he “was on his way”. He is welcome in our home anytime. We were NOT at all impressed with the computer driven scheduling and “communication” which overwhelmed us with messages saying our appointment scheduling and asking us, repeatedly to respond with “1” to confirm. Then advising us at 11:55 on 11/19 that “per your request your appointment has been rescheduled for 11/20. This is NOT our request and we were forced to call CINCH to register a complaint. It was impossible to speak to a human being.
