John was easy going. Honest. Knowledgeable. Personality A+. The AI he is forced to use slowed him down significantly. Putting such a technology that is in it's infancy only puts the a collar on someone that you hired to do the job right the first time.

Josh clearly explained what he was doing as he checked my oven and the ice maker to determine what repairs were needed. He and Greg (a trainee) were focused on the job, professional and friendly. I was impressed how Josh carefully explained to Greg what, why and how they were going to do each step, as well as offering tips and guidance. That increased my confidence in their knowledge and ability to make the repairs.
