Technician was top notch. 5 stars. Knowledgable, professional, communicative . Company support for the technician is way below average. There is not a human being to be found in the company who can back up the tecnicians with up to date information, communications about appointments, problems, rescheduling, questions or any other form of customer service. The online tracking system and the feature that allows you to communicate with the technician don’t work. We used Sears repair service for years and years. The current situation is not acceptable. The technician saved your customer!!! No stars for the company!!

Very nice, explained things well and he was able to show us the bill, since we had many difficult times trying with the AI system. Joshua was great, but I will not use this company again after having so much trouble with scheduling, lack of communication from the company and having appts cancelled through texts from Sears. Invoices are said to be viewed online but we couldn't find them. Our repair guy took the time to pull it up to show us, which we appreciated!
