Really good at what he does and very friendly .however our customer phone service is emot any good you all and you are not able to talk to anyone person just Crystal a machine they canceled my appointment 2 times without even telling me so I call in there and Crystal your machine told me that I canceled it after waiting all day both times 8:00 to 5:00 I asked her to talk to somebody she would not love me if that's what you want for customer service over the phone then Sears is no good .however your service mechanics are great if I was in my go work somewhere else just being honest about what I'm saying customer service is no good
