Our tech was awesome, even though they didn’t send all the correct parts he went over and above effort to get a part delivered to the house so he could complete the repair!

Nick did a good job. My complaint is Sears offers no way to communicate while awaiting service. Also response time time way too long. I waited over three weeks to get my furnace repaired. It is very cold in winter with no heat and no way to communicate.
