We have been very pleased with the work Pierre has done for us. He has been out twice and has been thorough in analyzing the problem and fixing it. The previous technician, Josh, came out twice at a cost of over $1000, and still didn't fix the original problem we had. If we use the services again, please send Pierre.

Outstanding technician took the actual time and effort to get rid of all the ice buildup from the damaged condenser From other technicians working on the refrigerator. He also identified the possible issue with a clog where the copper and aluminum meat, causing an ice block buildup. Something that the factory should be using a cork wrap solution to stop this from happening. Our other refrigerator in the basement is over 20 years old and is never froze like this one. If I ever have issues again, I would definitely want Josh on the job.

Josh was very prompt and professional. He couldn't repair my refrigerator because the parts are no longer available. He explained everything thoroughly and signed me up for the two year service plan for my other appliances. He also supplied pros and cons of certain brands for my future refrigerator purchase. I'd recommend him to anyone needing expert service. He is definitely a positive asset to your company. It was my pleasure to meet him.
