The tech was great but the lead time to repair our refrigerator was 11 days. No way can I go 10 days without the fridge.

John, the repairman was great!! !!! Sear's scheduling tech was atrocious. Your AI Assistant is impossible to work with, and if I can't talk to a real person I may be taking my business elsewhere.
