Our entire experience with Sears Home Services has been excellent. Easy scheduling online with the ability to add details such as model and serial number with description of problem. Lots of great communication via text and email with the additional courtesy call from Kurtis when he was on his way. He found the problem right away, had the part on his truck, and installed it immediately. He tested the washer to ensure it worked and was on his way! Payment is secure and easy to complete on my smartphone. We highly recommend Sears for the entire experience!

Updated review from most recent service: Service technician worked very hard to resolve our issue. He was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully he has worked out our issue with GE. Previous issue: Technician never called or showed up to 2 appointments, 1/9/25 and 1/11/25. Additionally, I received texts to rate service that never happened.
