Josh was very prompt and professional. He couldn't repair my refrigerator because the parts are no longer available. He explained everything thoroughly and signed me up for the two year service plan for my other appliances. He also supplied pros and cons of certain brands for my future refrigerator purchase. I'd recommend him to anyone needing expert service. He is definitely a positive asset to your company. It was my pleasure to meet him.

Air Conditioning System - Through my Home Warranty, 2 other companies came, assessed, and then ghosted me. Both said the compressor motor was bad. Elbert (Sears) came, and fixed it in a jiff. I was shocked.
