My wife and I were 100% impressed with the technician who diagnosed the cause of our refrigerator malfunction. He was very knowledgeable and skilled. Friendly and accomadating. Great representative of the Sears Home Appliance Repair Brand. Eddie is an excellent technician. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated the. Text telling us he “was on his way”. He is welcome in our home anytime. We were NOT at all impressed with the computer driven scheduling and “communication” which overwhelmed us with messages saying our appointment scheduling and asking us, repeatedly to respond with “1” to confirm. Then advising us at 11:55 on 11/19 that “per your request your appointment has been rescheduled for 11/20. This is NOT our request and we were forced to call CINCH to register a complaint. It was impossible to speak to a human being.

The technician was able to come fix my issue within a couple of days. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pump issue with my washing machine quickly and it now runs like new.
