This was one of the best technicians we've had in a long time. I've regretted this maintenance program for quite some time and have not felt like I've gotten my value out of it. The fact that we keep fixing the existing appliances feels like we're just trying to set me up for the product to fail as soon as my warranty expires. Thank you for this technician, however, because he was friendly and efficient and quick and knowledgeable.
