The tech was very knowable and thorough. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly and make the needed repair. However, customer service at their office sucks. It's only an AI computer. You can't even ask for a human. My tech was very late and I tried calling to see if I could reschedule without a charge because I had an appointment scheduled 2 hours after his arrival time and with him being so late I was concerned about making it to my appointment. It's not fair to the tech to give this rating a 1 star, but truly customer service is a 1 star, the tech is a 5 star. Service cost is also way overpriced.

I had no issue with Gregory. He was wonderful. My issue is with Sears. Poor customer service ....AI was not helpful at all. Get rid of it!!!! And they rescheduled my appt multiple times stating I didn't have the part when I had the part for days cause it was delivered to my hime and I had called and told them that. The people who came to my home were excellent...it was scheduling and service around it that royally sucked.

Later that evening we tried to run a load of clothes, but it eroded out with error code E01F03 and the door was locked. We had to turn off power to get doors open.

Technicians arrived 2 hours late. Computeried gave no help to contact the technicians to see when they were coming. In the end, the repairs would cost as much as buying a new refrigerator. The techs were nice, but the entire system needs revamped for this system bo be helpful and efficient.

Sears serviced my washer at the end of February. Your technician fixed my washer. I was impressed with Sears. I had never used Sears before. About 3 weeks later, my washer began doing the same thing and stopped working. It was still within the 30 day guarantee that Sears provided me. I called and made an appointment for Tuesday, 3/25/25. I took off work to be able to get my washer fixed. Sears cancelled my appointment after I had called off work! I rescheduled for today. The time frame was 8-5. Again, I had to called off work. They never contacted me about my appointment all day, instead they had AI texting me with the same roderick - 8-5. I was frantic all day. I kept calling and texting. I finally got in the backdoor by selecting a new order and not my repair. The man who took my call was kind and patient. He checked on my order. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 5:45 & 6:30 P.M. He showed up at 6:30. He kept saying it was something new and not what was wrong at the original appointment. I stood my ground with him. He fixed it, as it was the same issue. He was gone by 7:30. I will never use Sears again or recommend them to anyone. I feel very disrespected as a customer.

Today my dryer was finally fixed but it took SIX WEEKS and 3 technicians. The 1st technician came twice and both times did not once actually look to see what the problem was. He turned it on, heard the problem and said he knew exactly what it was and ordered parts. I didn’t question this because I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he is a master in his trade. The parts came in and that did not fix the problem. Without looking again, he ordered more parts, those came in, and yet again did not fix the problem. The 2nd technician came out whom worked on my washer a couple of years ago and I was pleased that he took his time and was able to pinpoint the problem. However, we couldn’t get our schedules to align for someone to come back to fix it until almost 2 weeks. It was fixed today and my husband said the 3rd technician was very nice. Had the first technician actually looked to see what the problem was I could have had my dryer up and running within two weeks. What is the point of paying for a home warranty and having a REPAIR technician come out and if they aren’t going to actually repair it? I was told by the first tech that they don’t always have parts on hand. Shouldn’t belts and simple items be on hand? The only reason I gave 3 stars was because I liked the 2nd and 3rd technician’s and they don’t deserve the negativity because of the first tech’s lack of work ethic. In the future, I would request to only have the 2nd tech come to our home or another company altogether.

Technician was excellent did an amazing job.With that being said as far as company it would be nice to be able to talk to someone on the phone instead of the jacked up automated phone service that offers verry little help

Very disappointed - called ahead to determine what was happening and was told that's the way it suppose to work after years of cooking. Once arrived was apparent was not trained for ovens. Didn't know what lights on stove meant or that there was a diagnostic mode on oven. After John left I ran diagnostic which indicated wiring issues. Took back off and found burnt wiring. Unplugged and buying replacement oven, which was cheaper.

I'm only giving 2 stars because our technician was nice and efficient. I'm sure he doesn't set the prices but this has to be one of the more expensive places to get repairs. Spent $450 for a repair and suddenly there is an issue two weeks later. If they find the issue is unrelated, we're paying out of pocket again. I wish they would at least waive the second diagnostic fee or something. Called customer service to discuss this and found that it's outsourced. It's just frustrating considering this hand-me-down washer was probably only $550-700 to begin with. Buying new next week.
